BOSS Supporting the Local Sporting Community
A goal from the Directors and team at BOSS is to support the local community where possible. By developing local connections through sports clubs, we hope in a small way support our customers as they enjoy sport as much as the team at BOSS do.
John Cook (Sales Director) is actively involved at local Herefordshire Football Club – Hereford Pegasus, who currently play in the Hellenic League. John supports the running of the football club by serving on the management committee and can often be seen supporting the team home and away.
Also playing alongside Pegasus in the Hellenic League are local Herefordshire team – Westfields FC. For over 25 years, BOSS have sponsored their Sporting Dinner, some great speakers and memories over the years.
For several years, Paul Jones (Director) played for Westfields FC but with old age setting in, can now only be found on the golf course! Paul, being captain of Burghill Valley Golf Club in 2018 raising money for the Little Princess Trust. BOSS continue their support by sponsoring the Junior Section at Burghill and Paul continues his work as Handicap Secretary and assisting the captain in raising money for local charities.
