3.2 Payment must be made at the time of order placement if you do not have an active account with BOSS.

4. Delivery

4.1 We aim to deliver orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.

4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shortages and Damaged Items

5.1 Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items immediately.

5.2 If there are any shortages or damaged items, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.

5.3 We will arrange for the replacement or refund of any items that are confirmed to be short or damaged.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Items may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

6.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6.3 All bespoke furniture, managed print and IT items are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

7.1 Product warranty is subject to that provided by the manufacturer.

7.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability for any loss or damage arising from your order is limited to the total value of the order.
